An initial deposit or structural down payment is strictly required to lock a specific delivery timeline. Upon instances of defaulted or delayed completion of payments, I am authorized to halt deployment delivery access entirely.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Integrity

Until full compensation of the balance on the invoice has been verified, I retain absolute ownership over the developed repositories, layout designs, and implemented architectures. Once final remittances are met, intellectual property and operational licenses are fully transferred over to the client per their specific contract.

5. Technical Warranties

By leveraging avant-garde stacks such as Astro and Cloudflare infrastructure, I commit to delivering strict criteria (high-tier Google Lighthouse performance, Strict TypeScript type-safety bounds). However, I do not assume liability for downtime triggered inadvertently by external third-party hosts or secondary manual alterations applied to the source code after turnover.
