1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by MJ Web Services
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms
of
Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree
with
any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our
services.

2. Services Description

MJ Web Services provides web development services, digital products,
and
related services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Web application development
• Website maintenance and support
• Digital products and templates
• Consulting services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service
at
any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through our
services,
including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and
software,
are the exclusive property of MJ Web Services and are protected by
international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered
work
for its intended purpose. Source code and proprietary development
methods
remain the property of MJ Web Services unless otherwise specified in
a
separate agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your
project proposal or service agreement. We accept various payment
methods
as indicated during the checkout process.

• Projects may require an initial deposit before work begins
• Recurring services will be billed on the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by various
factors
including client responsiveness, scope changes, and technical
complexities. We will make reasonable efforts to meet projected
deadlines
but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.

Client approval and feedback are required at various stages of the
project. Delays in client response may impact the project timeline.

7. Revisions and Change Requests

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our service packages
as
specified in your agreement. Additional revisions or significant
changes
to the project scope may incur additional charges and require a change
order.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or require third-party services
(hosting,
domains, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms, policies,
or
performance of these third-party services. Any fees associated with
third-party services are the responsibility of the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJ Web Services shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive
damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use,
goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the
  services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or
  content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MJ Web Services
and
its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents,
officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages,
obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses
resulting
from or arising out of your use and access of the services, or a
breach of
these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the
services
immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole
discretion,
for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not
limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue
using
the services or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the
laws
of the jurisdiction where MJ Web Services is registered, without
regard
to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace
these
Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least
30
days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a
material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions
become
effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
